I contacted Jones Bros. about a year ago for a severe ant problem. We did a full on indoor and outdoor treatment but the ants came back, which I knew was a possibility. The follow up appointment was included, but in the interim some other pest issues came up. So instead of paying $160 ish a pop I decided to go to a yearly contract. They credited the money I had already spent towards the year. I have had to call for some treatments over the year as issues came up and they have always been great. Nice on the phone, nice in person, prompt, thorough and have also identified some weird bugs for me. Christina C. |
