MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

The technician will use his experience and expertise to treat your home in the most modern and effective manner possible. This usually includes a visual inspection, power spraying the perimeter, (and yard areas if necessary), paying particular attention to any high activity areas, treating around eaves, foundation areas, windows and door frames plus any other areas that may require attention.

• Sweeping of webs in and around the outside of the home.
• Postcard notification program available to advise you of your day of service
• Return visits at no charge if you have a pest problem between regular services, either inside or out.

We offer regular maintenance programs on a monthly or bimonthly (every other month) schedule. Regular services consist of exterior treatments with the inside available on a no-charge "on call" basis. Your first service usually consists of the complete interior and exterior treatment of your home.

ONE-TlME SERVICES

We offer one-time treatments with a 30-day guarantee for most pest problems. If your pest problem returns during the guarantee period, we will come back and retreat the problem areas at no charge. Call us for more details.
