Licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board: The Board is a division of the Department of Consumer Affairs. The Board regulates testing, licensing
and also handles consumer complaints. Our company maintains a spotless record of compliance.
Licensed by California Department of Pesticide Regulation: Our Company is licensed and registered with the Department of Pesticide Regulation and
utilizes their resources to stay current on all methods of pest control procedures.
Field Representative or Applicator Licensing: All employees undergo complete training and testing in order to obtain their state license to legally
apply pesticides.
Continuing Education Classes: All employees attend continuing education classes through out the year to stay current on the latest developments in
rules, regulations and pesticide products available. All licensed employees are mandated to attend continuing education classes and our staff exceeds the State minimums for
license renewal. Education classes may cover the biology of insects and rodents, regulatory updates and new materials. These classes are conducted by leading industry
professionals.
Monthly Safety Meetings: All employees attend monthly meetings to review safety procedures, truck and equipment inspections plus review seasonal
pest problems and treatment methods.
Regular Inspections by County Agricultural Department: Our business office and all vehicles are inspected annually by a representative of the County
Agricultural Department for verification of compliance with all laws and regulations. Our service technicians are subject to field inspections at anytime by a County Inspector for
verification of safety procedures and safe handling of pesticide products.
Quality Control: All technicians are regularly accompanied by their Field Supervisor for ride along observation of treatment methods and quality of
service. Random checks of customer’s homes are done for quality control of service technician procedures.
Insurance: : Our firm carries General Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance along with a Security Bond.
